What ??? There's a script ???
lol
The DailyMailFail have it in for them lol, every week it's something, they nearly always try to slip "Richard Hammond, 39 - who had a high speed crash a few years ago" into whatever random story they print too.

Nah, they just have feeeewk all else that could be news to them so they use top gear as an anti social angle to a modern community of motorists that like their motoring programmes to have some excitement to them, and the element of danger always attracts criticism from any news paper.

Tonight's episode was, well, bland. Boring. Where were the cars?
Two weeks till the next one, where they promised to drive across south america. Let's hope that'll be a proper show.

"There was a bus with children, handicapped children, there were ginger ones". Well if that's how it went
That made me laugh, the only time in the whole show in fact

Even the shows creator / producer can't deny what everyone has said : Quite an honest interesting read.

However when we do agree with where the viewers are coming from, then we could be in business. Personally, for example, I do believe we’ve now got the presenters playing to their TV cartoon characters a bit too much – Jezza the walking nuclear bomb, Richard the daft Norman Wisdom, and James the bumbling professor. I like those characters, but I too would like to see more of them as they were in Bonneville, or in Botswana or in the US Special. I miss the three mates who mooch along

This has shown up in a couple of UK newspapers, probably means it's totally unreliable. (It was in the Daily Fail and the Star
) I would much rather this than two more lackluster series in 2010 though.
TOP GEAR TO HIT BIG SCREEN
TOP GEAR TO HIT BIG SCREEN

A BIG-SCREEN version of Top Gear could hit the road next year.
Presenters Richard Hammond, 40, Jeremy Clarkson, 49, and James May, 46, will attempt to drive around the globe in old bangers.
The BBC2 hit show’s biggest- ever challenge is already being dubbed “Around The World In 80 Cars” by Beeb insiders.
And the movie plan is a bid to cash in on the programme’s worldwide success.
A source said: “Jeremy and the boys have become increasingly involved in outrageous stunts – but this will be their toughest.
A spokesman for the show would neither confirm nor deny the movie plans.

Yes! If last series tought them anything, it's that the 2009 series was utter useless dribble apart from the South America expedition.
I'd pay go see this in the cinema (and download afterwards, to keep the collection complete)
